Their pricing was more than competitive compared to bigger companies and their flexibility far exceeded. The guys worked tirelessly and patiently to walk two very inexperienced customers with big ideas and a small budget through the design and build process resulting in a home that has exceeded our expectations in so many ways. When building materials became scarce I was concerned we would be in for long delays due to SenSe being a smaller company. In fact the opposite was true, the guys have us in our home months before other people we know who signed contracts around the same time with big name builders. I have had tradie mates come through at various stages of the project who have had nothing but positive feedback on the workmanship and quality of the build.
SenSé Homes helped my wife and I find great land and build a dual key house in Cameron Park. The house was completed and rented earlier than expected which was exceptional.
