We recently took on the project of renovating our beachside 1950’s home. It would be a major undertaking with the vision of retiring to the seaside in the distant future. Rustic Touch was our choice for the design and building works. Tony is a diligent & professional builder who takes pride in his work. Debbie is meticulous in her attention to detail and as a team are courteous, competent and very easy to work with. Our professional relationship was one of complete trust and their selected tradesmen and subcontractors maintained Debbie & Tony’s high standards. Rustic Touch’s attention to detail and the skills of their craftsmen have enabled their design and our vision for a beautiful retirement home to be realised and delivered with exceptional quality. Their commitment to quality ensured that no problem was too big & no detail too small. The dedication of Rustic Touch and their team to our project ensured that it was finished in the anticipated time frame and to our complete delight and satisfaction. We moved in straight away!
We approached Rustic Touch to help us design for our new home. Their experience in both design layout and building practicality was able to deliver great solutions while keeping costs under control. We sought tenders for the final plans and Rustic came in at the best price and quality for the project making them our selected builder. We were based in Melbourne and had just contracted Rustic when COVID hit and we were locked down for 2020. Rustic pressed on with the project keeping us fully informed on the build and discussing options and decisions along the way. Their attention to detail was great and they treated the build as though it was their own home. The foundations and engineering were thorough and multiple adjustments were made to optimise little details throughout the progress and completion of the build. They finished the project on time and our first view of the finished home was a huge relief and pleasure. Rustic Touch has been a pleasure to work with and would be our choice for another build.
