345 Construction & Project Management is a Sydney builder led by Managing Director Tom Mihaljek. Since 2017, we have delivered over 20 high-end renovations, major extensions and custom homes across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, North Shore and Southern Sydney.
Tom brings over 30 years of hands-on building and carpentry experience and is personally involved in every project, from early planning through to handover. Our clients are typically families who have outgrown their existing home or are ready to create one that better suits the way they want to live, with recent projects in Coogee and Maroubra.
We are a licensed builder (Licence No. 315534C) and a member of the Master Builders Association.
Two of the biggest worries homeowners have when building are cost blowouts and projects running well past their completion date. Our approach is built to prevent both, through detailed scheduling, careful cost management, quality control and regular updates, so you always know where your budget and timeline stand.
We back this with a simple commitment: Finish on time or we pay you. We agree on a clear completion date for your project. If we run past that agreed date due to delays within our control, we pay you $100 for every day we’re late, in accordance with the terms of your building contract.
The result is a beautifully finished home, delivered with less stress and fewer surprises.
